Notice for Pre-Qualification of Construction firms

Applications along with relevant documents are invited from the well reputed construction firms having vast experience of construction of road and Water Supply works and having registration in PEC in relevant code and limit for the development scheme in District Charsada & Pk-08 & District Peshawar. Malakand division and all minorities SDG’s works in kpk.

The interding construction firms are requested to submit their pre qualification documents complete in all respect along with following information/documentary evidence upto 04-12-2017. the applications received after due date will not be entertained.

Name of construction firm, along with valid PEC relevant discipline.
Location of head office and branch offices with complete address telephone numbers, tax numbers and email Address.
attested copy of CNIC of the sole proprietor/attorney holder/ focal person.
Article of association/memorandum of association/partnership deed which ever is applicate.
NTN along with upto date clearance certificate from the income tax authority.
list of professionals/para professional staff along with their qualification/ resumes on the pay rool of the firm/contractors for the last three months duly verified.
List of toots and equipment available with the firm working condition duly supported with valid documents and can be verified if required.
List and magnitude of road works and water supply schemes already completed successfully by the firm during the last five years with satisfactory completion certificate of the concerned department.
Each envelope must contain seprate application clearly marked any one among road works and water supply along with documentary evidence.
financial status duly verified by the scheduled bank of Pakistan substantiated with three years bank accounts transaction which can be verified if warranted.
Particulars arbitration/litigartion entered into by the fimr and the results thee rfo if any.
the affidavit on stamp paper of Rs 100/- certifying that the firm has not been ever black listed by the government/autonomous body.
the competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any application ofr pre qualification with assingning reason thereof, if warranted.
Pre qualification documents containing dataled terms and conditions produced for submission of applications avaluation criteria etc. are available for interested applicants in the office of the undersigned. Pre qualification documents inlier of Rs 500. Non refundable can be purchased from the office of the undersigned upto 4-12-2017.
