Applications are invited from suitable, qualified and experienced
candidates of Punjab Domicile for appointment on contract basis for a period of
one 01 year renewable for following post in day care centre of Punjab Forensic
Science Agency, Home Department.

Five 05 years working experience as attendant / Care Giver in
reputable Day Care Centre
Age Limit: 22-35 years
General Terms and Conditions:
a) The above positions are offered on contract basis for one year under the contract appointment policy 2004 of the Government of the Punjab.
b) The positions are based in Punjab forensic Science Agency, Lahore.
c) Only Female candidates will apply for these posts.
d) The number of seats against above mentioned each category of post may be increased or decreased by the competent authority at any stage.
e) Experience of working is mandatory for these posts.
Procedure for submission of application forms:
a) All government employees shall apply through their concerned competent authorities as per instructions.
b) All applications should be submitted only on prescribed application form which may be downloaded from PFSA website i.e. www.pfsa.gop.pk or which may be obtained from PFSA office.
c) The candidate must attach with his application form, an updated CV, two recent (1*1) size photographs and duly attested copies of degrees/certificates, experience certificates, CNIC, domicile and NOC in case of Govt. employee.
d) Incomplete applications or applications received after close of office hours on the last date for submission of applications will not be entertained.
e) Applications complete in all respects should reach to the undersigned till 15-12-2017.
f) The date fo interview for only the eligible/shortlisted candidates will be communicated telephonically. No separate interview call and intimation will be made to the eligible/ shortlisted candidates.
g) No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates.
