Applications are invited for the following positionsas per the provision in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Universities Amendment Act 2016.

Qualifications & Experience

First division Master’s degree preferahly in Management Sciences/ Law with 17 year’s experience in administration/ Management in a university or a Government Department or an Autonomous organization in pay scale 17 or its equivalent and above.

Treasurer :

First division Master’s degree in finance, commerce or Business administration with pecialization in finance with 17 year experience: of accouts in a university or a government department or an autonomous organization in pay scale 17 or its equivalent and above a ligibility: the candidate shall be an emiacnt professional in the field of financial management accouting and auditiong.

B). Academic qualifications: Masters in economics. Commerce. Business administration or chartered accountancy.

Controller of Examinations:

First divison Master’s degree with 17 year’s experience of teaching and examinitions work in a university or boards of education in pay scale 17 or its equivalent or above.

Terms & Conditions:

1.   Candidates must clearly indicate the post applied for and specialization/skill possessed.
2. Candidates serving in Government, Semi Government and Autonomous Bodies should route their applications through proper channel.
3. Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview.
4. The University reserves the right not to fill any post.
5. Applicants should apply only on the prescribed form downloaded from the university website www.bkuc.edu.pk or a hard copy available in the office of the registrar. The fee is acceptable in the form of bank draft payable at UBL charsadda, Branch code 0232, A/C 0991741-2 @ Rs. 4000/- per application in favour of the treasturer, Bacha khan University. Original Bank receipt should be attached with the application form.
6. Attested photocopies of all Transcripts, Certificates, Degrees, Experience Certificates, Previous Appointment letters, CNIC, and three recent Passport size photographs must be attached with the Application form.
7. Eligibility in all aspects shall be reckoned on the closing date of advertisement.
8. All applications must reach in the office of the undersigned on or before December 01.2017.
9. Incomplete application forms or those received after due date will not be considered /entertained.
10. Candidates applying for more than one position should do so on separate forms with all relevant copies and separate bank draft/receipt.
11. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview.

Note:

1).  Errors and Omission are liable to be rectified by the University authorities.

2).  The applicant already applied for the aforementioned positions need not to apply again. However, they can update their already submitted application form without payment of any additional fee.
