Applications are invited for recruitment
of the following staff on regular and Contract basis at Civil Hospital,
Bahawalpur affiated with Quaid-e-Azam Medical College, Bahawalpur, which will
be re-appointable subject to good performance.
Name of Vacancy:
1. Boiler Supervisor
Qualification:
I.
F.A or an equlavalent qualification from a recognized Board and
II.
Diploma in third Class boiler Engineer from Directorate of Industries
and Mineral Development Boiler Inspection Wing Govt of Punjab Lahore: and
III.
At least five years service experience as sterilization Operator/CSSD
Operator in the relevant technical field.
IV.
Higher Technical Qualification holder will be preferred.
2. Laundry Manager
Qualification:
I.
Intermediate from a recognized board: and
II.
Diploma/Certificate of competency in third class Boiler Engineer from
Directorate of Industries and Mineral Develepment Boiler Inspection Wing Govt
of the Punjab Lahore with Three years experience in the relevant field.
III.
Higher Technical Qualification holder will be preferred.
3. Telephone Operator
Qualification:
Secondary
School Certificate form a recognized board with two years’ experience in the
relevant field.
4. Receptionist
Qualification:
I.
Matric or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
II.
Preferance shall be given to the computer literate person.
5. Mortuary Assistant
Qualification:
I.
Matric with science from a recognized board: and
II.
Diploma / Certificate in Operation theater Assistant Course from Punjab
medical Faculty Lahore or from any other recognized institute with at least two
years’ sevice experience as such in the relevant technical field.
III.
Higher Technical Qualification holder will be preferred.
6. AC Mechanic
Qualification:
I.
Matric or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board: and
II.
Diploma or Training Certificate in Auto Mechnic/ AC Mechanic course
from a recognized institure with one year experience in the relevant field.
7. Naib Qasid
Qualification:
Middle School
Certificate from a Government recognized school.
8. Ward Boy
Qualification:
Middle School
Certificate from a Government recognized school.
9. Ward Aya
Qualification:
Middle School
Certificate from a Government recognized school.
10. Ward Sevant
Qualification:
Middle School
Certificate from a Government recognized school.
11. Wheel Chair Attendant
Qualification:
Primary School
Certificate from a Government recognized school.
12. Switcher Board Perter
Qualification:
Primary School
Certificate from a Government recognized school.
13. Dhabi
Qualification:
Primary School
Certificate from a Government recognized school.
General Instructions:1) Precribed application forms with detail information can be obtained from the office of Medical Superintendent, Civil Hospital Bahawalpur, Free of cost.
2) All attested certificates / documents/ testimonials/experience certificates/ domicile / CNIC and 02 Passport size photograph be attached with application.
3) Eligible candidates appearing for interview must bring the original documents at the time of interview.
4) Recrutment shall be made as per Government Recrutment Rules/Policy.
5) General age relaxation in upper age limit for male candidates 5 years and Female candidates 8 years.
6) Employee already serving should apply through proper channel from their respective department along with NOC.
7) In case a candidate wishes to apply for more than one post, He/She must submit separate application form for each post.
8) Incomplete application and those received after due date will not be entertained. Interview date of short listed candidates will be displayed on the notice board of Civil Hospital, Bahawalpur, No separate call letter for interview will be issued.
9) 03% quota for disabled persons, as per Government Instructions/notiification.
10) 15% quota for women, as per Government instructions /notification.
11) 06% quota for minorities Non Muslims, as per Government Instructions/Notification.
12) 20% quota for the children of Government employees, as per Government Instructions/Notification.
13) Candidates applying against Disbled quota must attach disability Certificate form District Social Welfare Officer.
14) Department reserves the right to cancel recruitment process at any stage.
15) Department reserves the right to increase/decrease Post/ posts at any time furing recruitment process.
16) No TA/DA shall be permissible.
17) Applicants must have Domicile of Punjab.
18) Last date for submission of
applications: The applications complete in all respects must be reached in the
office of Medical Superintendent, Civil hospital, Bahawalpur, Latest by 12th
December, 2017. Incomplete/received applications after the due date will not be
entertained. No documents will be attached after the closing date.
