Punjab Employees Social Security institution, invites applications
from qualified and experienced individuals domiciled in the Punjab for the post
of reform implementation lead on contract basis for service delivery Unit.

Qualification:
Master degree 16 years education in public policy public
administration business Administration or HEC equivalent degree from national
or international university, recognized by HEC.
However any equivalent combination or education and experience
sufficient to perform job duties may be considered.
Experience:
Minimum of 03 years experience in service delivery unit
management/Public sector management/ public sector reforms management.
Desirability:
Experience of working with international consultants on public sector
reforms.
Good understanding of overall policy environment and institutional
mechanism.
Good understanding of the chief Minister’s institutional reform
roadmaps.
Experience of working on advanced analytics software i.e. alterys,
tableau and advanced excel. Well versed with it based work environment.
Experience of working with the public sector field formations.
1. Candidates fulfilling the above mentioned criteria shall submit an online application till 12th December, 2017 till 4pm.
2. Application shall be submitted by hand/ courier with supporting documents.
3. Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview. Recruitment shall be made as per provisions of the contract appointment policy, 20074 of the Government of the Punjab.
4. Candidates shall produce original documents at the date & time of interview intimated by PESSI.
5. No TA/DA shall be admissible when called for test/interview or joining the service.
6. Applicants working in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Corporations shall apply through proper channel by presenting N.O.C when called for the interview.
7. The hiring authority reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reasons.
8. Final Terms & conditions of each appointment shall be settled at the actual date of appointment in the light of contract appointment policy, 2004.
9. Decisions of department on all matters concerning recruitment, including eligibility/ short listing/ selection criteria shall be final.
10. Department has the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
