SUPPLY OF MISC: GRID STATION MATERIAL AGAINST THE NAC’S ISSUED BY CHIEF SUSMEN (SUB sumo") nesmn UNDER NIDC SYSTEM CONSTRAINS PROJECT OF 220 kv GRADE STATION 500kv STATION SHEIKHUPURA AND 220kv GRADE STATION GHAZI ROAD LAHORE.
ELIGIBILITY OF CONTRACTOR
i) The contractor , firm should be registered with PEG / NTDC in the relevant category.
ii) We contractor should have experience of similar work of supply of Grid
station Material at NTDC Grid stations 22oW or above. in The contractor should have sufficient financial status to execute the work.
iv) The contractor shall submit its own qualification documents (Technical, Commercial. Financial etc.) and shall not claim the experience of any affiliated / sister concern or parent Company.
TENDER CAN BE PURCHASED
Tender can be purchased from the
office of Executive Engineer (EHV-l) T/L C Division NTDC 660 - Nishter Block Allama lqbal Town Lahore, during office hours.
EARNEST MONEY 3% of bid cost in shape of CDR of any schedule bank as Bid security.
1. The contractor should have the qualified Electrical and civil engineers tor the proper execution of the work along with sufficient T&P required.
2. Bidding will be conducted through local competitive bidding (LOB).
3. The NTDC / Employer has the right to reject all bids as per PPRA Rule # 33.
4. The bidder shall quote for the total work for which material will be provided by NTDC and shifted by the Bidder. NTDC will award the contract to the lowest evaluated and responsive bidder on overall basis.
5. Bidder should take more of the following before participation:-
i) Bid covering for partial work shall be rejected.
ii) Each page of the subject bidding documents should be signed and
stamped by the bidder.
iii) Electronic bidding will not be permitted.
iv) Late bids will be rejected.
v) For competitive bidding each bidder is suggested, in his own interest, to physically visit the site/route before submitting the bid. The expenditures in this regard will be borne by the bidder.
vi) Watch & Ward and security of material will be entirely bidder's responsibility till the completion of work
vii) Complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the NTDC office mentioned below on cash payment of non-refundable tee of Rs.3000/- during the office hours.
viii) The bidder will bear all cost associated with the preparation and submission of his bid.
ix) The successful bidder will submit 10% performance security of quoted bid from any scheduled bank or AAA rated insurance company acceptable to the employer and it will remain valid for one month after the successful completion of work.
