REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
OUTSOURCING OF CLINICAL LABORATORIES AND PATHOLOGY SERVICES
IN LAHORE AND MULTAN, PUNJAB, PAKISTAN Specialized Healthcare and Medical
Education Department (SHC&MED), Government of the Punjab, through Punjab
Health Initiative Management Company (PHIMC), (established under the Companies
Act, 2017) is promoting and facilitating private sector entities to join hands
with Government of the Punjab, in improving healthcare infrastructure and
services. In this connection, Proposals are invited from national/international
firms, companies, joint ventures, consortia to upgrade, equip and operate the
central and stat clinical laboratories and pathology services in tertiary care
and specialized institutes/hospitals in Lahore and Multan, Punjab, Pakistan (Package-I-Lahore
& Package-Z-Multan) for a period of three years from the commercial
operations date.
Bidders can choose to participate for one or both
packages by submitting separate bid for each package, subject to the terms of
bidding documents (Request for Proposal - RFPs) placed separately for both
packages on the websites - www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, www.phimc.gov.pk. Interested firms,
companies, joint ventures, consortia may submit their sealed Proposal(s)
(Technical and Financial) in a manner prescribed in the RFP by post/registered
mail or in person at the address given below. Last date for submission of
proposal(s) is January 08, 201 8 at 03:00 PM (PST), which shall be opened on
the same date at 03:30 PM at the given address in the presence of representatives
of the bidders, who may choose to attend the bid opening meeting.
