Punjab Population Innovation Fund (PPlF) is a Non-Profit Section-42. Public Sector Company, established to render financial and technical assistance to innovative projects for Population planning and improving access and generating demand for family planning services. A sustainable growth in population is essential for equitable and inclusive economic growth and social development.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER & COMPANY SECRETARY

The Chief Financial Officer shall be responsible for ensuring that appropriate advice is given to the Board on all financial matters, for keeping proper financial records and accounts. And for maintaining an eflective system of internal financial control, The CFO shall also perform the Company Secretary‘s responsibilities.

a) member of a recognized body of professional accountants with at least (05) Five years relevant Post Qualification Experience. in case of Public Sector Companies having total assets of five billion rupees OR more. OR

b) a person holding a master degree in finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with at least (10) Ten Years Relevant Post Qualification Experience. in case of other Public-Sector Companies.

The ideal candidate should ideally be reasonably experienced in treasury management. preparing operational budgets. program budgets and taxation. Should also be well versed with SECP compliance.
